Registration is compulsory for all authors who plan to present their work at ICONS in any format, i.e., full papers, short papers, extended abstracts, posters, or special sessions. Furthermore, all attendees (in-person or virtual) must register for ICONS. Please register for ICONS 2025 using the Cvent registration link. If you are presenting a paper in a full talk or lightning talk, then at least one author is required to pay for in-person registration for the paper (even if you will be presenting virtually). One in-person registration can cover up to 2 papers maximum. The registration deadline is Monday, July 21, 2025, for in-person attendance, and July 28, 2025, for virtual attendance.

Please note that if you are registering as an academic, government employee, government lab employee, or retiree, you need to select “Non-Member Registration” and then choose the appropriate registration type.
