Registration is compulsory for all authors who plan to present their work at ICONS in any format, i.e., full papers, short papers, extended abstracts, posters, or special sessions. Furthermore, all attendees (in-person or virtual) must register for ICONS. 

Each paper in the proceedings requires a corresponding in-person conference registration.
